Terms governing use of the Devcloudware website and enrolment in technical analysis training for multi-timeframe chart reading.
Acceptance
By accessing https://devcloudware.digital or enrolling in a Devcloudware lesson, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book instruction.
Educational nature of services
Devcloudware provides technical analysis training focused on multi-timeframe chart reading. Instruction is educational only. Nothing on this site or in a lesson constitutes personal financial product advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security or derivative, or an offer of managed discretionary services. You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions and risk.
Bookings and accounts
Enquiries submitted through the contact form are requests, not confirmed bookings, until we reply with confirmed dates, fees, and any deposit requirements. You must provide accurate contact details.
Intellectual property
Course materials, printed chart packs, curriculum outlines, and website content are owned by Devcloudware or its licensors. You may retain personal notes from sessions you attend. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or teach our packs commercially without prior written consent.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt its operation, submit abusive content, or misrepresent your affiliation with Devcloudware.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Devcloudware is not liable for trading losses, opportunity costs, or decisions you make after attending training. Our liability for any supply of services is limited, where permitted, to resupply of the services or payment of the cost of resupply. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you cannot waive under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts in that jurisdiction have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
