Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund, cancellation, and rescheduling rules for Devcloudware technical analysis training lessons and multi-timeframe chart clinics.
This policy applies to paid Devcloudware lessons: Multi-Timeframe Mastery, Private Chart Coaching, and Weekend Chart Clinics. It does not cover third-party broker fees, data subscriptions, or trading losses.
Eligibility
Refunds are available according to the timing and conditions below when you cancel a confirmed booking. Informal enquiries that never reach a confirmed booking are not charged and need no refund.
Timeframes
- Private Chart Coaching — Full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the session start. Cancellations inside 48 hours may receive a partial refund of 50%, or a single free reschedule into another open slot within 30 days, at our discretion based on studio availability.
- Weekend Chart Clinic — Full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the clinic date. Inside 7 days, deposits are non-refundable; remaining balance payments may be partly refunded if we fill your seat from the waitlist.
- Multi-Timeframe Mastery — Withdrawal 14 or more days before session one: full refund minus any non-recoverable materials cost already incurred (if packs were printed for you). Withdrawal within 14 days but before session one: 50% refund. After session one begins: see “Work already started.”
Full or partial refunds
Full refunds return fees paid for the cancelled lesson component. Partial refunds apply when notice is late, materials were prepared, or some sessions in a multi-session course were already delivered.
Non-refundable items
- Deposits explicitly labelled non-refundable in your confirmation email once the notice window has passed
- Custom-printed historical packs prepared for a named instrument after you approved the material fee
- Completed private coaching hours already delivered
Work already started
For Multi-Timeframe Mastery, once a session has been delivered, that session’s proportional fee is non-refundable. Remaining unused sessions may be refunded proportionally if you withdraw for documented medical or relocation reasons; otherwise unused sessions may be offered as credit toward private coaching within 90 days.
No-shows
Failure to attend a confirmed private session or clinic without notice is treated as a late cancellation. No refund is due for that session or seat, though we may allow a goodwill reschedule once per calendar year at instructor discretion.
Rescheduling
Private sessions may be rescheduled once without fee if you give at least 48 hours’ notice. Clinic date changes are available only if another clinic runs within 60 days and seats remain. Course cohort transfers depend on space in the next intake.
Refund process and method
Email info@devcloudware.digital with your booking name, lesson type, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Bank processing times may add several days.

Nothing in this policy limits non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for major failures in services.
